BCL is led by Ryan Balash, P.Eng., and supported by an ownership group of experienced project managers, superintendents, and supervisors who have worked across the full spectrum of the industry—from design and consulting to construction execution. Our leadership team brings strong guidance, practical field experience, and a hands‑on approach to planning, coordination, safety, quality, and scheduling. From mobilization to closeout, we remain engaged and accountable, united by a shared commitment to delivering results and ensuring every client is fully satisfied throughout every phase of their project.
